Our bodies were created in a way that they are able to recover and heal on their
own. This process is interrupted when our bones get “out of place” and when we stop
providing it with the proper vitamins, minerals, and exercise it needs for these
processes. At Aptos Chiropractic, p.c., we provide care for all of you, by not just
adjusting your back, but working with you to teach you proper movement for working
